Check Deposit

Mobile Deposit is available through our Mobile Banking App* and lets you deposit your checks using your smartphone or mobile device. This convenient service is available to any consumer or business account with a valid mailing address. To register, click on "Check Deposit" in the bottom menu of your mobile app. New requests are reviewed and processed with one (1) business day.

Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit checks anytime, anywhere.

Here are some tips to make sure your Mobile Deposits process smoothly:

Are there any fees to use Mobile Deposit?

The first 10 deposits within each calendar month are FREE! Each additional deposit during the calendar month will be $.50 per deposit.

 

Can I deposit more than one check at a time?

Yes, you can deposit multiple checks in the same deposit. After you take a picture of the front and back of the first check, simply click “Add Check” within the same deposit.

 

When will my deposit post?

Each check submitted for deposit is evaluated by our processing system based on several items, including, but not limited to, the check image, written and numerical amounts, endorsement standards, and dollar threshold. If no issues are identified with the automatic system review and the check submitted is under established thresholds assigned to your account, the check may be released to post in near real-time.

Any check that is not automatically released for deposit requires a manual review by a Credit Union employee.

Deposits made by 4:00 PM ET will be reviewed Monday – Friday, unless the day is observed as a holiday by the Credit Union or the Credit Union needs to close for unforeseen circumstances. If the deposit is made after 4:00 PM and requires review, it will be reviewed and posted (if accepted) the following business day.

Any released deposit may still be subject to a hold.

 

What type of checks can I deposit and are there any special endorsement requirements?

Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit only single-party, domestic checks payable to an accountholder. You must endorse the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit" on the back.
