Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit is available through our Mobile Banking App* and lets you deposit your checks using your smartphone or mobile device. This convenient service is available to any consumer or business account with a valid mailing address. To register, click on "Deposit Checks" (or "Deposit') using your mobile app. New requests are reviewed and processed with one (1) business day.

Mobile Deposit Tips

Here are some tips to make sure your Mobile Deposits process smoothly:

  1. Make sure the amount you enter matches the amount on the check.
  2. Remember to sign the back of the check, and endorse "For Mobile Deposit".
  3. Choose a well-lit spot to capture the check images.
  4. Try to avoid shadows.
  5. Lay the check flat and on a dark background.
  6. Ensure all four corners of the check are visible and you can see the entire check from edge to edge in the image... not rolled or torn edges.
  7. Keep your hands clear of the check when taking the photo.
  8. Use "Preview" to double check the photo quality.
  9. Ensure the MICR numbers located at the bottom of the check are completely readable in the photo preview.
  10. Now just tap "Deposit check"!

Are there any fees to use Mobile Deposit?

The first 10 deposits within each calendar moth are FREE! Each additional deposit during the calendar month will be $.50 per deposit.


Is there a daily cutoff?

Yes. Deposits will be reviewed Monday-Friday excluding holiday closing. Any deposit received by 1:00 PM ET will be reviewed and posted (if accepted) by the end of the business day. Any deposit after 1 :00 PM ET, will be reviewed and posted (if accepted) the following business day. Deposits will not show in account until they have been reviewed, accepted and posted.


What type of checks can I deposit and are there any special endorsement requirements?

Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit only single-party, domestic checks payable to an accountholder. You must endorse the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit" on the back.
