Online And Mobile Banking Application Deletion Form
Important note: Deleting your account using this form will NOT reset your password. If you need help with a password or cannot access your account, please use the Forgot Login page instead. In addition, you do NOT need to submit this form if you are closing your entire IU Credit Union Account.
IU Credit Union values your privacy. If you wish to delete your Online & Mobile Banking account (the account you use to log in to our Online Banking system and our mobile app), please complete the form below.
Please allow three business days to process your deletion request. Confirmation will be sent via email.
Please note that when your account is deleted after you submit this form:
- You will no longer be able to log in to Online Banking or the IUCU mobile app.
- You will not be able to view or access any prior eStatements and eNotices, if applicable. If you have opted in to receiving eStatements and eNotices, your preferences will be changed so that these documents are mailed to the address on file in the future.
- Any activity you previously set up within Online Banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, cross account transfers, Zelle, Mobile Deposit, Business Remote Deposit Capture, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services.
- Your IUCU share and loan accounts will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your Online & Mobile Banking access.
