We are proud to be the presenting sponsor of the fifth annual holiday tree festival and charity auction to benefit New Hope for Families. The event will take place at the pavilion at Switchyard Park, featuring an open house November 14-16 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and live tree auction at 6:30PM on November 16. It is free to attend and open to the public. Come see more than 50 unique and festive holiday trees decorated by local businesses, organizations, groups and families!
New Hope for Families is a nonprofit organization providing emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness in Monroe County. New Hope is the only place in Monroe County where families with children can find shelter together.
On October 19, 2023, IU Credit Union will join over 56,000 credit unions around the world to celebrate International Credit Union (ICU) Day®. This year marks the 75th anniversary of International Credit Union Day®.
ICU Day highlights the many ways that credit unions across the world help members improve their financial health and well-being.

Show off your school spirit with one of these official high school spirit debit card designs. These FREE cards are available at all Bloomington branches. The best part? Each time a Bloomington North, Bloomington South, Bloomington ASE, or Bloomington Graduation School card is used, we will make a contribution to the Foundation for Monroe County Community Schools. Each time an Edgewood High School card is used, we will make a contribution to the Richland Bean Blossom Community School Corporation. The more the cards are used, the greater the total contribution to our local school systems!
Join us in celebrating one of the biggest weekends on the Bloomington campus at 5:30 PM on October 20! The IU Homecoming Parade will kick off at the corner of 17th Street and Woodlawn Avenue, turn east on 13th Street, north on Fee Lane, then head west back to 17th & Woodlawn. Help cheer on the IU Football team as they prepare to take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at noon the next day!
It's the most wonderful time of the year—and also the coldest! IU Credit Union has once again set up donation boxes for the Spirit95/Salvation Army's Coats for Kids and Those in Need clothing drive. Drop off gently-used coats, scarves, hats and mittens at any of our Bloomington locations from now through mid-November to help ensure a warm holiday season for all.

Join us in support of our nation’s veterans by participating in the Veterans 5K and 1-mile walk. This event is presented by Bloomington Parks and Recreation, Indiana University Wheelchair Basketball Club, and Indiana University ROTC. Proceeds from the Veterans 5K and 1-mile walk will benefit IU ROTC and IU Wheelchair Basketball Club to help assist military and disabled students.
