IUCU Volunteers
IU Credit Union employees volunteered their MLK, Jr. federal holiday time to benefit the community.

It was “A Day On! Not a Day Off” for a group of IU Credit Union employees on the Martin Luther King, Jr. federal holiday. Rhino’s All-Ages Club in Bloomington hosted the Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard Winter Garden Project volunteer service event. IU Credit Union employees and other community volunteers filled seed packets and planted seeds for the garden project.

Mother Hubbard's Cupboard is a food pantry serving wholesome, healthy food to people in the Bloomington community. Its food pantry serves over 600 people per week. To extend that service, they offer nutrition education and community gardening programs to help people become healthy, self-sufficient, and environmentally conscious.

United Way Donation
IU Credit Union President & CEO, Bryan Price and Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, Julie Ragsdale, present Barry Lessow, Executive Director, and Jennifer Hottell, Communications Director of United Way of Monroe County, a donation of $40,000 to help the less fortunate members of our community.

IUCU employees have outdone themselves again - raising $15,070 for the 2008 campaign! Combined with a corporate gift, IUCU donated $40,000 to the less fortunate members of our community. Because of these donations, people in need will receive sufficient food, health care and a safe place to live. Local children and seniors will have the opportunity to participate in activities that might otherwise be unaffordable, and neighbors will find employment and opportunity.

IU Credit Union is proud of its employees' generosity to support a worthy cause.
